Washington Place Apartments are located next to Tennessee Tech University's campus. We are dedicated to making sure our tenants enjoy their living spaces.

At Washington Place Apartments, we make the leasing process simple so you can focus on enjoying your time here. We offer standard one-year lease agreements designed to give you both stability and peace of mind.

Our leases typically begin on June 1st or August 1st, making move-in convenient for students and young professionals alike. Rent is advertised per bedroom, and each resident signs their own individual lease, so you’re never responsible for a roommate’s portion of the rent.

To ensure a comfortable living environment for all, pets and smoking are not permitted in any of our units.

We are currently fully occupied, but our waitlist is now open for lease start dates beginning June 2026 and August 2026.
