Washington Place Apartments are located next to Tennessee Tech University's campus. We are dedicated to making sure our tenants enjoy their living spaces.

We want to help you get the most out of your time at Washington Place apartments! We provide a one year lease agreement for each tenant. We do not allow pets or smoking in any of our units. Pricing and availbility is posted below. Standard Leases begin June 1st and August 1st. Rent is advertised by the Bedroom. We offer individual separate leases for each occupant.
